Baltimore Maritime Museum (http://www.baltomaritimemuseum.org/) - located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, visitors can tour the Seven Foot Knoll lighthouse and the Chesapeake (LV116) lighthship.

Calvert Marine Museum (http://www.calvertmarinemuseum.com/) - Museum dedicated to the culture and natural history of southern Maryland. Located in Solomons, MD. Home of the Drum Point light. Offers tours of Cove Point light. Museum displays include maritime history, paleontology, biology, and river otters!

Cape Henlopen State Park (http://www.destateparks.com/chsp/chsp.htm) - Near Lewes, Delaware. The Delaware Breakwater East End and Harbor of Refuge lights may be viewed from the park. In addition, there are a number of trails and beaches to enjoy at the park.

Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum (http://www.cbmm.org/) - Museum dedicated to the culture and history of the Chesapeake Bay. Located in St. Michaels, MD. The museum is home to the Hooper Strait light, the Point Lookout Bell Tower, a variety of maritime exhibits, and a working boat yard.

Choptank River Lighthouse (http://www.choptankriverlighthouse.org/) - information on plans and progress in construction of a replica of the Choptank River Lighthouse in Cambridge, Maryland.

Craighill Channel Range Lights (http://www.craighillrange.org/) - centers on history and preservation of the Craighill Channel Upper and Lower Range lights. The site contains a handy map for understanding the relationship between these range lights and the Brewerton Range lights.

Delware River and Bay Lights Foundation (http://www.delawarebaylights.org/index.html) - non-profit that serves as caretaker of the Delaware Breakwater East End, Harbor of Refuge, and Liston Rear Range lights. Tours are available - check the site for details.

Oyster and Maritime Museum (http://www.chincoteague.com/omm.html) - museum featuring the first-order Fresnel lens from Assateague Island, a lens from Fort Washington, and a model of Killock Shoals. Located in Chincoteague, not far from the Assateague Island lighthouse.

Piney Point Lighthouse Museum (http://www.co.saint-marys.md.us/recreate/museums/ppl.asp) - Caretakers of the Piney Point light. The station and grounds have been beautifully restored, and the light is open to tht public.

Point Lookout State Park (http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/southern/pointlookout.html) - Maryland State Park which is home of the Point Lookout lighthouse. The lighthouse property itself was acquired by the State of Maryland in February, 2006, so this site should have information on when the lighthouse may be open to the public in the future.
